Business Service Solution GmbH has been a leading financial service provider with a focus on “digital payment” since 2012, headquartered in Fürth. We support our customers in the areas of sales, support and digital onboarding. Our mission: Optimizing sales processes and order processing through the targeted use of our sales teams and self-developed software manufacturing. This includes a highly dynamic team of around 150 employees who operate in more than 17 languages. We accompany the processes from scheduling to new customer acquisition through to existing customer support. In addition, there is also video identification of business customers that complies with the law and money laundering. Our customers thus receive tailor-made 360° solutions for their company.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • You accept incoming calls via video call
  • You schedule appointments for a video identification process
  • You check international identification documents for authenticity and security features for personal identification using document directories
  • You check the behavior of customers and identify them (profiling)
  • You recognize manipulation, counterfeiting and fraud and document these incidents

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have a clear and professional approach
  • You have technical affinity to handle processes quickly and qualitatively
  • You have a passion for professional customer service and enjoy communicating with customers
  • You have a reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • You have good knowledge of German and English
  • You speak Polish, Czech or Slovak
  • You have a certificate of good conduct and SCHUFA information without any negative records
  • You have initial experience in customer service, a call center agent, worked as a customer advisor or have already gained experience in telephone customer service - that would be great, but is not a requirement. Newcomers are warmly welcome!
