Your area of responsibility:
Telephone contact with potential new customers
Support of existing customers at managing director level
Preparation of individual offers up to the conclusion of the contract
Processing, monitoring and coordination of offers and order confirmations
Maintenance & securing of customer goals, thus increasing customer satisfaction
What you bring:
Completed commercial training and technical understanding are an advantage – but not a must
Enjoy communicating with customers & partners
Confidence in handling of MS Office applications
Independent and structured way of working
Quick grasp of new tasks and flexibility
