Your area of responsibility:
  • Telephone customer service
  • Processing of customer mail
  • Interface with other departments
  • Document processing
  • Master data maintenance
What you bring:
  • You have previous experience in telephony, ideally in customer service
  • You are a problem solver and put the customer's needs first
  • You keep an overview even in stressful situations
  • You have a strong sense of self-motivation and love to achieve goals
  • You have an affinity for all common MS Office applications
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German
